Been going to Mason and Smith since their Boat Quay location. Their service and quality of work has always been great.

Was doing some research on where I can get my sneakers cleaned. The suede and leather on my shoes is really dirty with deep denim stains. It seemed like there was no hope for my shoes since it went through hell (by hell I mean hiking during winter). The suede is already heavily discoloured at this point. I was contemplating buying another pair.

I chanced upon Mason and Smith (also recommended by a friend after). I reached out to them via Instagram and they responded very quickly. Although I was in a rush, I was able to have a short conversation regarding the service process. The conversation with them felt very personable. It felt like I was engaging the services of a friend (I'm sorry I didn't get your name)

They walked me through how the cleanings are done and what stains are unlikely to be removed (especially deep old stains). I was informed that it would take about a week.

They ended up contacting me 4 days later to let me know that my sneakers are ready for collection. My expectations were low since the sneakers were in a bad condition since I don't usually take care of my shoes.

The results were surprisingly good. Most of the stains were removed. Even the really stubborn ones became significantly lighter.

The best part about Mason and Smith are the employees who make you feel welcomed. Thank you!
