I’ve been sending in my leather boots and absolutely trust and enjoy how great and fresh they look after.

Mason & Smith did a fantastic job with my Carmina Chelseas, fitting them with a Japanese waffle half sole. The workmanship was absolutely top tier and the finish was excellent.

Selena and Nicole were both lovely and very accommodating, especially as I needed a very short turnaround during a brief visit to Singapore. They were also really kind to my kids and gave them little gifts when I dropped the shoes off. Nicole also took the time to explain some genuinely useful shoe-care tips, which was a nice touch and showed the level of care they put into what they do.

The shop itself is a little gem. There is clearly a reason Mason & Smith has the reputation it does - excellent craftsmanship, knowledgeable people and genuinely warm service.

Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back.
