Really good experience at Mason & Smith. Hani and Nikole were super helpful and clearly explained the different repair options. Workmanship was excellent and the final result looked great compared to most clobbers I tried. Will definitely be back

Great experience, both in terms of their customer approach and the final product. Picked my previously water damaged shoes up today and they look as close to original condition as one could reasonably expect. Two other companies have had a go previously and failed.
